WIP Madara-Tobi Halloween WP

Work in Progress. This is going to be my Halloween Wallpaper for this year. I drew this up today after catching this week's spoilers, but i'm not going to start coloring it until after i get the next comic done, so yeah, it might actually be October before i get a colored version of this posted....

milk and cookies for first person to guess what is written on it (it's an easy one folks).

don't care if anybody wants to color it, not like it'll be that hard to photoshop color over top of the "WORK IN PROGRESS" text.
